The project

Introducing the brainchild of DJ Tydes and multi-instrumentalist and producer DeepSonics. A friendship forged in Cyprus, London and Reading led to a melding of musical minds… and Bonnie’s Brew was born.

Tydes brings an approach to music that is all about pushing boundaries. He co-founded underground collective Hexagon to reignite the spirit of early junglists and breakbeat pioneers: “Let’s fuck with this and see where it goes.” He brings that curiosity and appetite for experimentation to Bonnie’s Brew.

DeepSonics produces a soulful underground sound with influences ranging from jazz to jungle, seamlessly melding saxophone, clarinet and the Arab oud with atmospheric synths and driving basslines.

Catalysing the sum of their parts, they combine exclusive tunes with sublimely crafted transitions to create music in the moment.
